We locked the deal down for 72k put 10k in reno, rented it for 4 years locking in years of profit. Refi and reno of 128k all in and SOLD for $243,000

Hoarder House

This was a genuine Hoarder house. It took five dumpster loads of garbage to empty the house we could not even walk in the main door. Locked the deal down at 40k Owner Carry spent 80k on reno sold for $175,000 Locking in 55k in profit!
